Some Updates on NKG PACE

For the 2024–2025 NKG PACE program year, we will be accepting two Partners. They will be placed in our Hoboken and Seattle offices, which have the largest teams and greatest Quality Control needs.

The coming program year will also benefit from curriculum changes made for the current year. Specifically, the apprenticeship tasks have grown beyond the QC lab to include several months of learning alongside Customer Service and Logistics teams, respectively — while still being rooted in QC. In this way, Partners gain more exposure to more of the industry and to potential areas of career interest.

We’re also excited to share that Kim Dreux-Kelly, the new executive director of the CCRE, will be participating in the Application & Selection process this year. It’s been a great pleasure getting to know Kim and to better understanding the expertise she brings to the CCRE and now also to NKG PACE. We’re thrilled for the chance to work more closely!

Finally, a reminder: The application requires a Letter of Recommendation, which can be written by a colleague, manager or friend — anyone who can share some wonderful insights about you. For this reason, we heartily encourage you not to leave the application until the last moment. Which — mark your calendar! — is Nov. 30 at 5 p.m. ET.

Still have questions? Please send them to nkgpace@nkg.coffee. We look forward to hearing from you and are so glad for your interest! •
